Over the past year, we have strengthened customer engagement through the Keeping Customer Informed (KCI) approach, ensuring timely updates before, during and after service incidents. This initiative has enhanced transparency, elevated customer satisfaction, and reduced recurring issues.
Additionally, we have optimised our fiber restoration processes, significantly reducing downtime caused by fiber cuts. These improvements have reinforced network resilience, leading to uninterrupted service and zero SLA-violated trouble tickets recorded.
