TM WHOLESALE was named an Excellent Carrier Partner by China Telecom Global (CTG) during the company's first Supplier and Partner Excellence Conference, which took place online on 28 April 2021. The award was presented to TM WHOLESALE not only in recognition of the exceptional quality service provided to customers through its collaboration with CTG, but also as an honour to the long-standing relationship between two esteemed organisations.

Telekom Malaysia Berhad maintained its reputation as a Zero Outage Supplier, certified by T-Systems for 2021, making it the second year to receive such recognition. The acknowledgement is given by T-Systems International, a Deutsche Telekom subsidiary as TM successfully fulfilled the evaluation process in 2020 conducted by a team from Deutsche Telecom Technik GmbH. The acknowledgement proves TM's indisputable focus on the best quality delivery to our customers.

TM WHOLESALE's Executive Vice President, Amar Huzaimi Md Deris was one of the panellists to discuss "Innovation and Digital Transformation - The Challenges and Opportunities for Service Providers" with four other prominent figures in their respective fields during the second day of PTC'21.
