TM WHOLESALE was recently presented with the Network and Resources Cooperation Award at China Unicom Global's 16th International Partners Meeting 2021, which was aired live online on December 6, 2021. The award fundamentally demonstrated TM's exceptional capabilities in providing world-class services to China Unicom's customer solutions, innovations, and implementation, on par with other leading telcos that received similar recognition.

TM was awarded the Asia Pacific Zero Outage Supplier Award 2020 by T-Systems, a German-based global IT services and consulting firm and a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom. The award recognised TM's capabilities in maintaining high quality service performance for the best customer satisfaction and was presented to Amar Huzaimi Md Deris, Executive Vice President of TM WHOLESALE, in a recent virtual ceremony.

TM WHOLESALE was named an Excellent Carrier Partner by China Telecom Global (CTG) during the company's first Supplier and Partner Excellence Conference, which took place online on 28 April 2021. The award was presented to TM WHOLESALE not only in recognition of the exceptional quality service provided to customers through its collaboration with CTG, but also as an honour to the long-standing relationship between two esteemed organisations.

Telekom Malaysia Berhad maintained its reputation as a Zero Outage Supplier, certified by T-Systems for 2021, making it the second year to receive such recognition. The acknowledgement is given by T-Systems International, a Deutsche Telekom subsidiary as TM successfully fulfilled the evaluation process in 2020 conducted by a team from Deutsche Telecom Technik GmbH. The acknowledgement proves TM's indisputable focus on the best quality delivery to our customers.
